This was one of the most useful training sessions I have attended. The instructors did a fantastic job of making a heavy topic approachable and empowering (Active threat/active shooter). We found the information on the OODA loop very helpful and the hands-on demonstrations were excellent—they bridged the gap between "knowing" what to do and actually "doing" it.
